Sprint Store

Finally went and switched from metro to tmobile and got a new phone. Excellent service, very professional and knowledgeable staff. Worked with Whitney who was just great. Made the switch easy and painless. Answered all my questions and concerns.

Every employee at this store was excellent and worked together to get my phone repair approved and completed in store.

Had issues with my phone. They were able to fix. Only one employee actually seemed to care about their job and had good customer service. The other's looked like they hated their life. Haven't had any great experiences with Sprint or its employees. Most are only trying to get the sale and will lie and deceive in order to do that.

Went to pick up a new phone, had 2 people offer me help and didn't have to wait to long. My new phone had a start up problem and they spent 20 minutes making sure I left with a working phone. Very personable and made good conversation with me while I waited for all my content to transfer. Great experience.

What a terrible company. The employees were awful, never even bothered to take their airpods out. The rep. Who was helping me was more concerned with her movie than assisting me. And the rudeness shown by the staff was just ludacris. What a joke...0/10 would be a better review only wish google let me put a lower rating
