We were moving from Verizon to Sprint. Sprint had a customer appreciation weekend so we thought we would check it out. In the store it was good...friendly, all these deals on free stuff. Free tablets for 3 months, 2 free phones for 18 months, and if you are a credit union member 100$ for each line you signed up. Well that was all great til our first bill. We were being charged for the tablets, when we were told we wouldn't be. Then 4 months later when out 100$ per lone came in we were told we would get 500$ cause we had activated 5 lines....no. We only got 300$ because the max was 3 lines. Was still grateful but the people in the store really miscommuniated the deals and what we were getting. Caused for lots of stress for a couple weeks trying to get things squared away with corporate.
Jennifer and the team at this Sprint store just made our mobile carrier switch super simple. She was able to provide out the door pricing, tons of information on the phones and plans, and exceptional customer service. We were greeted IMMEDIATELY upon entering their store, which is more than I can say for the other stores we visited today. Besides the great deals they were offering, this positive experience definitely swayed us on choosing Sprint for our service. Great job guys!
Great experience with Aaron and the Sprint team at Landstown Commons. We were taken care of quickly, and our questions were answered promptly. The store is neat and clean. The staff is friendly, kind, and fun! It’s nice to see young people with a positive attitude who love what they do! This is my favorite Sprint store location!
The staff is always ready to help and the wait time wasn't an issue when we came here to switch services. Small but clean and they gave my daughter crayons and a book so she could color while she waited for us. But now I am changing my review because this is the store that screwed us over on our contract! We didn’t want to buy our phones, we wanted to lease them so then we can upgrade when we wanted and all that. They didn’t give us that and they NEVER told us that they hadn’t given us the right contract! They screwed us over royally and I truly hope that SPRINT has given them a long talking to or whatever to these people for screwing us over! They should be ashamed of themselves!
This store is a bunch of crooks. They lie and upload fake contracts to sprint corporate. I was promised over 600 dollars in promotions, i havent recieved a dime. The promotions are even stated on my recipt. Once you have an issue with the store Sprint won't help you because they are a franchise. They will say they submitted a trouble tick to corporate, call corporate they have no record of it. Their plans have introductory pricing nowhere in the contract is this stated. My bill when from 160 to 240 dollars. I have been calling and going in to discuss these issues for over 11 months. I only keep getting the run around. Now I'm stuck with this plan for 1 more year or pay 175x5 to cancel my plan. My sale rep was Sheena Norman 24 March 2018 2:13 PM.
extremely slow service. most of the employees there are very rude and act like they're annoyed that you've even stepped foot in the store. I came in wanting to check my order status of a new phone that was releasing soon and an employee told me she wasn't gonna help me because she insisted that the phone wasn't even shipped yet when she has no idea about the phone shipment. the only person there that is helpful and nice is Michael
I went into the store and the service was terrible I also wish I could give it a ZERO. The employee was rude and not helpful at all this is not the same employees working at the store when I purchased my phones. I finally was fed up and asked her name and she said Sheena Norman, I come to find out its actually Sheena White. This person should be fired and I suggest she never works in the service industry until she learns how to speak with customers. I went to the store on the Boulevard and they were great even though they couldn't resolve the problem they were very kind and respectful. Considering on looking at another provider as so as I can!
This was probably the worst customer service experience I have ever had and still dealing with. I went there to upgrade to the Iphone 7 plus and for two straight months they could not explain the trade-in option. I was almost finished with my lease and I wanted to know what my options were at the end. The first month I went in they told me that I can do a straight trade-in and that my payments will go up slightly. When I finally made the decision to switch they told me that I had to first buy out the phone completely in the tune of $200. I'm a sucker for new technology so I went ahead and did that. The lady in the counter went ahead and placed my order and told me that she will overnight the phone and that I will have an 18 mth lease. 2 days passed and I went back to the store to find out about my shipment and questioned her email, my payments were different then what she verbally told me. When I asked her to explain the lease payment she spent 45 minutes trying to calculate the payments. I asked her manager to help and btwn the two of them they couldn't figure it out. I ended up spending at least 2 hrs on my day off. I wanted to wait to write this review until after I received my Iphone but it has been almost a month and I still haven't received my new Iphone 7plus, this is after she told me that I will be overnighted. I have been with Sprint/Nextel for over 15 years and trust me after I get my Iphone 7 plus I will be switching networks. I recommend that if you live in the Princess Anne/Landstown area for you insanity drive the extra mile to get better service. This place is horrible from the moment you walk in they make you feel like you are a bother and all they do is roll there eyes. They don't pick up the line EVER... and I witnessed it as I have been there and here the phone ring... they each look at each other and let the phone continue to ring... I questioned myself, "what if that was me calling in"? They need to just blow everyone out of there and bring in a whole new staff.
Had Big problems with my friend's bill and their physical phone. The store manger , district mgr and tech person were there and did thier best to get things corrected and working. Things are better but Still not correct. We have spent nearly 5 hrs over 2 days to get things Almost resolved . I wish my good luck
The manger Kurt is Rude! No customer service experience, no people skills, no urgency in anything. The store is dirty. I came in as soon as the store opened on a Saturday at the floor was disgusting the rugs hadn't been vacuumed. I mentioned it came back a week later and the same dirt, hair, and broken pieces of toy was still on the rug. What type of manager let's his store look like this? You lead by example the store cleanliness is example of your managing skill and speaks volumes!
