My iPhone would not charge. I am a Verizon customer. Went to a Verizon customer store. They were not helpful. Went to the sprint stor and a nice young man , Brandon, knew immediately why the phone didn’t charge. I was skeptical. It was the cord that goes into the adapter that plugs into the wall. Thanks Brandon
Melissa the new manager is amazing. She cares for the customers as well as the employees. Every employee I have encountered is always helpful and understanding. I would definitely recommend the Switch to Sprint. The savings is amazing
