Sprinter Bus

Best bus service to NY!! Been using it for many years now. Literally not a single complaint. Darrell, one of the main night trip drivers is absolutely amazing!! They're a little pricey but it's definitely worth it!

The bus was very clean, the ride was very comfortable, the bus left on time and we arrived to our destination in Virginia Beach safely. I think my bus drivers name was Daquan, he did a GREAT job driving...I didn't feel uncomfortable or worried with his driving at all. He was very kind and polite to all of us on the bus. I've the bus 3 other times and every ride I've taken has been pleasant...I'll definitely be riding the bus again..

I like Sprinter Bus because they get me home safe! I do not like thenumbert of dogs that they are allowing on the bus. One lady didn't when put her dog in a crate. I understand that passengere want to travel with their pets, but at what cost to passengers. Many people are allergic to dogs and cats, and they shouldn't be allowed on the bus, especially for long trips. Please be considerate of others and crate you animals if they must travel. The agents who take our reservations are very pleasant, so I must give them a shout-out! We got home in less than 7 hours, which was awesome!

It’s easy to book tickets and board the bus. The waiting area in Virginia Beach is always neat and clean. The bus always on time leaving and sometimes arrives a little early. The bus drivers are usually pretty friendly and load/unload my bags. I feel safe traveling alone because the Virginia Beach location is well lit. I wish they had a waiting area in NY but I found a deli to go into while waiting for the bus to come. The busses are always clean, have outlets and Wi-Fi.

Had to wait in the street in NYC with the rain. It was only one person besides the driver to check tickets and put the luggages in the bus. My bag was soaked. Completely disorganized at time of boarding with people from the back of the line rushing to the front. We left New York late and arrived in Virginia Beach 1 hour late. Then the shuttle for Hampton was ridiculous. A small van for 10 people, quite uncomfortable, not enough room. I was in between 2rather large people and had a man almost seating on my lap, my bag was squashed under other luggage in the back of the van. I will not use or recommend Sprinter bus .

I’m literally sitting in the NN pick up location Kohl’s parking lot for a 10 pm departure and there’s still not van or bus @ 10:45. Been on hold with the two numbers on their website this whole and still no answer. This is extremely frustrating for an overnight bus leaving in the Winter. I’m happy I’m not just waiting outside and have a car to wait in.

Ride was nice and smooth bus driver was very direct about respecting him and others on the bus I will recommend sprinter for traveling

Best Chinese bus ride from Virginia to New York and back to Virginia ever. I recommend.

Sprinter is my favorite bus to take but lately that great service that I've grown accustomed to is no longer there. Buses late with no explanation or recommendation to time or inconvenience. No orderly boarding as pee usual and leaving from New York by now a location with seating is definitely long overdue and you know it. Right now your the safest company to ride with so you will continue to flourish but let's get back to what made you a great company in the beginning.

High recommendation the bus stop at Wesleyan Virginia Beach is clean well organized staff really help-full. They will carry your luggage provide water bottles It’s $50 I took at 11 pm to go to New York droop off at fedex office Times Square arrive about 6 am
