Guys on staff are good dudes. Real helpful. Prices are fair and they'll let you test drive biked... Always fun.:)

Showed up with a broken fork. The brake stem was damaged in transit. Heading out the next day for a bike trip. Wanted to know if they could help us. You have to leave it here and we'll call you. Waste of time. It would have taken a minute to remove the brake and see that the stem was unrepairable. They could order a new fork and it would arrive in 5 days. Called another bike shop. They ordered the fork for an overnight delivery. I never thought of that. We were on our way the next day.
