Sprouts Farmers Market

I love this store! There is something for everyone. I personally prioritize organic and their selection is top notch. They also have great products for those who are price conscious. Double-ad Wednesdays, Vitamin Extravaganza and 72-Hour sales provide extra savings. Be sure to download the app for mobile coupons and to stay informed about these sales! I admire that they have so many in store brands that are Non-GMO Project Verified. It shows that they have integrity. They stay savvy with current trends, but never compromise quality. Last, but certainly not least, the customer service is best of the best. Thank you, Sprouts!

I work retail and I hate to be someone who's petty about service, but these guys are a very mixed bag. They have some cool stuff. Their vegetables, tea, supplements, sushi, hard to go wrong there, but quality and appropriate price will vary. **Do not** order their deli though, unless you want exorbitant wait times. Wait for a sandwich can vary from 10 to 30 minutes, so be sure to get your order in before you start filling your basket. On two separate occasions I had to wait most of an hour, and on the second occasion I was told 50 minutes in that they couldn't give me my order. No consolation for losing my lunch and an hour of my time, of course. Being able to call your order ahead would be a *great* feature. They have a few items I really do love, but I think for now I'm gonna have to find them elsewhere.

Will travel a bit further next time to go to my usual location. Beautiful location, just hard to get in and out of. So so busy and on top of all the customer's you have to dodge the stockers as well; which, don't move and would rather chat between themselves than work more efficiently. Decent produce, but not as great (or plentiful) as I've found at other locations.

Good store with lot of fresh produce.But I doubt if I would be shopping here in the future with my recent experience.Found a bug in the Super Greens that is supposed to be "thoroughly" washed.They are a fast growing chain, but the customer service is terrible.

I went to this store today to get some healthy meals/snacks ect. I am a young mom of 3 small children. My baby grabbed a box that contained glass bottles of juice and they went crashing everywhere and shards of glass on my feet. I have never recieved such amazing service anywhere!! I was about to cry and a manager came right away to help along with a lady named Charity. I offered to pay for the items but they were so kind. Charity noticed i was upset and gave me a hug. Charity helped me and my children to the back where she helped me to wash my feet and sandals from glass/juice. Then she escorted us to the registers and took my 2 boys to get balloons and for my baby. She then came and said goodbye. I am extremely beyond impressed with the extremely above and beyond service that I recieved from all of the staff and Charity in particular! She deserves a raise and promotion for her kindness, knowledge, willingness to help, and wonderful customer care! The man (manager?) Was awesome too!
