They killed my father. He was Paralyzed and needed full care and the neglected him. They did not feed him and no water. He was severely neglected. They pushed his bed up against the wall so they don't see him when they walk by. THE PLACE MAY LOOK NICE BUT IT'S HELL IN THERE FOR ALL OF THEM.
Not enough staff and they are heartless to people that can't do for themselves.
My mom has been at St Ann’s for four years. Overall, the care has been wonderful. Caring, professional and dedicated staff. A lot of events and activities for the residents. Clean as a whistle. Thank you to everyone for taking such good care of my mom!
My husband was there for 6 weeks and the staff are professional and friendly. The facility is very clean and the activities are great! I would recommend.
