St Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church

Very welcoming community and peaceful liturgy coming from a non orthodox. It was great to pray here, but for future reference visitors should do their research and learn about the Greek orthodoxy and their customs before visiting the church if they want to get a the best experience out of it.

Does anyone here realizes that this page is a review page for a CHURCH, and NOT for the Greek festival??? Please , leave reviews for the festival on a festival page and send them your concerns and complaints. This review is for CHURCH, not the food at the festival, thank you all✨

The Greek festival was more like the "Stand In Line" festival. You pay to get in but that doesn't "get" you anything other than more things to pay for and more lines. The line for food took 40 minutes. The blow up play areas for kids is pay per use. $1 gets my three year old a 16 second run though the only three year old play area. Oh, the kids have to take off their shoes of course but there was no area for them to stand other than the dirt. One of my kids got a cut under his foot. Great, a dirty cut. It was so disappointing to the point where I felt scammed.

We went to the Greek Feast,was lots of fun.

Not as good as it used to be........ - Long lines to get in, long lines for food; - Food is very expensive, tiny, tiny portions - Food is cold by the time you get seated Go for the culture, the Greek dancing, skip the food.
