HIPAA is broken all the time Doctors are unprofessional don't care about the patients don't listen to the patient's and even when you do what they say they don't keep thier word then avoid you. The office manager is no better. I have been waiting 5 hours. I have waited/waited 6 hours in the office before!!!

I think ALL of the staff is very professional in every manner. From Dr.Erragola to Randy Young, I have experienced nothing but knowledgeable nd cordial experiences here.
Money. Money. Don't care about patient. I could tell story after 5 years attending.
Unprofessional, uncaring, in it for the money. Always overbooked and never on time. Could care less about truly helping a patient. The worst medical establishment I've dealt with - and I'm just a spouse of a patient who has to suffer through their rampant incompetence. If I could rate them a zero, I would.
