We like St. Francis. The staff is very empathetic in dealing with our Mixed Terrier Roscoe. A little temperamental, doesn’t like strangers touching him. But, with our assistance and their great bedside manner, Roscoe gets through his appointments. I don’t mind driving a little out of our way to take him there.
I take both of my dogs to St. Francis Animal Hospital for routine checkups, urgent care and emergencies. One of my dogs has anxiety and they are so good with her, even when she is not being the most friendly patient. The whole staff goes above and beyond to make sure there is no undue stress on her while giving her the best care. The staff is wonderful at explaining all the treatment options and expenses before we begin care.
I was referred by my coworker i was happy to be able to get in late in the day. But most of all the whole team / staff were amazing the provider was very helpful friendly and supportive. I had a lot of anxiety with cost for care but staff worked with me and my budget this made my experience even better I wanted to cry tears of joy plus the tid bit I knew we were where we belong
We had an emergency where we needed to put our beloved cat down. The St Francis staff were spectacular in assisting us when Other Pet Hospitals refused to without an appointment, and were honestly quite rude. Thank you St Francis for your help, compassion and swiftness. Appointment in an Emergency to stop an animal's unexpected suffering? Really? How is that possible? Plan ahead when your pet is dying, and get an appointment weeks out. .... or call the Team at St Francis in an Emergency, they are Awesome.
Extremely clean, welcoming and friendly environment. All staff including the doctors are professional and helpful. The prices are very fair for emergencies compared to other hospitals in the area. Everything was explained in full detail of what our girl needed done to help her with her emergency. Highly recommend St. Francis animal hospital!
Had to take my Kitty in on an emergency. They took great care of her and explained her after care clearly and concisely. They were friendly and welcoming to us and very warm to our 17 year old girl. If another emergency should arise we would not hesitate to take our girl to them again. Many thanks!
My wife and I took our senior dog in for her annual exam and vaccinations. Poor dog had an allergic reaction to the vaccines and went into anaphylactic shock as we were leaving the building. The vet team rushed her to the back and rendered life-saving treatment. This is the best veterinarian I’ve been to and the only place I’ll bring my pets. Compassionate, knowledgeable, and affordable. Thank you!
I am so very happy to have found St. Francis and Dr. Trey. I rescued a little dog in Portland and couldn't find anyone to neuter him. St. Francis did the job within a week of contacting them. They were fantastic. The whole experience was a easy as it could have been at least for the humans. Thank you all so much.
I had a great experience at St. Francis. I have been bringing my pets here since 2005 and appreciate the care given to me and my pets by the staff.
We have always gone to St. Francis for our pets. They're good I think, but our recent visit was not so great. We walked in with our dog at appointment time, 3pm, and nobody at the desk said anything. They just stared at their monitors. Is it not a principle that front desk ... greets people? So we stood there awkwardly for a minute. Once we got their attention, things were ok. Our dog went in the back, had his blood draw, the technician was very helpful and answered some of our questions. Then we sat there for 20~30 minutes in the waiting room. Finally a tech? maybe came out and gave our dog a treat and pet and asked what we were waiting for. We said, you know, we want to finish and go home. She talked to the desk staff and we instantly got checked out. I'd drop it to 2 stars, if there weren't nice people and we've been coming here a long time. Please, please look at front desk service. I heard your staff talking about what breaks they were taking, while we were sitting waiting for someone to simply check us out. I've worked similar jobs, I get it. But just serve the customer, please?
