Really horrible place. Roaches have taken over and the apartments never try to do anything about it. The electricity tends to go out out when the it rains very much. Air conditioning goes out two or three times a month in summer time, the apartments take forever to get it fixed; when it is fixed, it blows lukewarm air. The sink likes to back up, the stove top burners all went out, one at time. Maintenance never fixed it. Cars would get towed, easily, if left for even 30 minutes. Bottom line, it’s a horrible place and I would rather burn the apartments down than ever go back to live there.

The office staff gives additional parking spots to their friends and relatives, there is one resident who has up to 3 spots when only one is allowed per unit. Leaks occur all the time when rain comes. There is no type of security whatsoever. Mail section is closed off after work hours. People drinking all over the property and smoking marijuana.

This complex has a rat and roach problem. Cars are constantly broken into. Be aware of the shady tow company who will take your car just because. $2 Hookers everywhere so you will get harrassed just going to the store. This place is horrible and I wish I could give it no stars.

Harrased by the men in the complex. Men here often approach me while I am washing clothes with my baby and ask for sex.
