Excellent place to go to for emergency needs. I was admitted right away without delay. From the lobby personnel and front desk staff to the attending nurses and physicians, they were all accommodating and very attentive to my suffering. I was really blessed to have received my medical attention there.
Forget any negative review about St. Jude Medical Center. Nicest staff, quick and attentive. Advanced tech, and good energy. Dont be rude and be patient. It's a hospital, hospitals are busy. I've been here 3 times and always was astounded by the care.
Is such a good hospital Doctors are wonderful nurses nurses aids , clean place they really take care of patients.
Came by ambulance. Pukey and weak. Lady MD started an IV. SHOT me with ativan and put potassium into my vein. I woke up an hour later an was able to walk out on my own. Kudos!
Been waiting for 3 1/3 hours. They have no one cleaning or disinfecting the lobby. Staff is extremely annoyed and rude. Staff gossips in front of everyone . I will give one compliment and that is for the security guards... They are actually nice and try to help, check in with you, answer questions.
My husband was in ER, he was very upset about the nurse care. I’m not allowed to stay in hospital which I understand, but I given my phone number three times and they enter three times wrong number! Anyway, we have really horrible experience and will never go there again.
