I've had extractions done here twice and am pleased with the level of care received. The first one had to be done with just a shot and let's just say that I'm not the best patient, but the staff was amazing. My second visit was for a broken tooth and wisdom tooth. I chose to be sedated and it was handled quickly and efficiently. I was back at work the next day.

The surgeon was great and the procedure went great but DO NOT go here unless you want to be lied to about their prices. With our insurance discount we were quoted ahead of time $170 if it were a simple extraction that came out in one piece with no laughing gas. They said that included everything but we were charged $250 because they ended up putting an $80 office visit on top of that that they failed to tell us ahead of time. I spoke with the office manager and she kept contradicting herself saying it was included but then went back on it. I am VERY upset because they dishonestly took $68.00 from us after our discount and refuse to give it back. With the level of professionalism we received there I would not expect to be lied to on the billing end. On top of this I called back there this morning and was again told for a simple extraction that came out in 1 piece with no laughing gas it would be $170 with everything included. We will not be back there and will not recommend your services to anyone we know.

I went here in October 2017 to have 7 teeth extracted (4 wisdom and 3 extra teeth that were just crowding my mouth) by Dr. Gray. Pros: I was knocked out and I didn't even know it. The Anesthesia works. It took less than 1.5 hrs all together. Pain during healing was maybe a 1.5-2 out of 10. Cons: I asked what could I expect afterwards, what medicine would they be putting me on, how often I should take it, when can I eat again and what can I eat and all they wanted to tell me is that they will explain it after the surgery and give it to me on paper as well. I feel that all this needs to be explained beforehand and not after someone is drugged. What could be improved is them (the entire office) taking the time to thoroughly answer the all concerns prior to instead of blowing it off. Because my questions weren't asked at the same time, I ended up taking 2 powerful pain killers at the same time (1 being hydrocodone) instead of staggering them. The instructions on the bottle was clear, (take xyz every 6 hrs) however, being provided 2 drugs, the order of things weren't clear. Which could have lead to an overdose and/or addiction. I couldn't stay awake for longer than 1.5 hrs and called them because I felt I was doing serious damage to my body and that's when whoever (maybe the receptionist) said "no, you need to stagger them". What a fine time to learn this. At the 2 week healing point, things were getting better but I noticed the right side of my mouth had significantly less control than the left. I would brush my teeth/ drink/ rinse my mouth and the liquid would come out on the right now. I also tried to blow a kissy face and only my left side moved up. I could see the right side trying but no progress. I went back to Dr. Gray, showed him what it could was and what it should have been with a previous picture and he would not take any responsible that this was a result of the surgery. He stated that he was not near any nerves and that it must have something to do with the brain. Which isn't his fault. I told him that I didn't have this issue previously and the photos I showed him was less than 4 weeks old, which proves my right side mouth skills were working just fine before the surgery. His stance was the same and all he did was offer to give me steroids to see if that would help. No acknowledgement or responsibility taken on his part whatsoever. The right side of my mouth did not get back to normal until 2.5 months after the surgery Final conclusion: I cannot say I would go back to this facility but I can say the possible outcomes could have been far worst. The lack of clarity and care to thoroughly answer patients questions before hand is a big issue for me. The surgery was performed in October 2017 and all my holes didn't fully close until February 2018. It would have been great if they had called to check on me at least 1 after the surgery.

Dr. Hribernik is an excellent oral surgeon! My son had his wisdom teeth removed by him with very little post-op discomfort.

Please don't go here if you value your life. Dr Gray is terribly uncaring and almost killed my husband by not treating an infection after he took out his wisdom teeth. He told us we should simply see our regular doctor and if it gets worse go to the ER. He could have just given antibiotics then (this was 5 days after surgery). Long story short, 9 days after surgery my husband is at the ER getting a CT done which showed an abscess dangerously next to his brain. He was also septic at this time. So he had an emergency surgery done after he was stabilized. We are now at almost a year later, still paying our $5000 hospital bill, and he has jaw popping and still has nerve damage and a numb lip from it. The problem is the Dr Gray honestly acted rude, condescending and said "jokingly" he hoped he'd never see us again. Oh, I forgot, they also overdosed him on anesthesia and basically accused him of being a drug user because he is so sensitive to medications. He blacked out on nitrous (you aren't supposed to black out) and it took him SIX HOURS before he was awake and able to talk to me. They used 2 smelling salts on him there to try to wake him up. I cannot stay quiet about this anymore. It has bothered me a lot over the last year and I think an elderly or immunocompromised individual would have died from this deviation from the standard of care. By the time we were at day 8 (right before hospital visit) I phoned my regular dentist who called in antibiotics. It was too late by that time, but obvious to me that was the needed course of action (in case you had any doubts). I cannot keep silent any longer, I would feel awful if someone dies from his lack of post op care and I never said I knew there was a problem. Google the guy and you'll see a few other people are speaking out too.
