This place sucks and the wait time for literally ANYTHING is ridiculous. You will waste your whole day here just to pick up a note and I refuse to send my child back here for anything.
My kids have been going here for years. The Drs and nurse practitioners are great. Very helpful and really explain every situation in depth.
It's TRUE, the wait time is unbelievable. However not all the time. And they NEVER answer the phone!!! Had an argument with Jenifer Souder nurse practitioner and refuse to see her again. Only reason I return to this place is because I LOVE Dr G! She is the best!!!
Worst experience ....they take too much time in waiting room and visiting room....at lest 2 hours and some stuff behaviour also very rude they really don't know how to treat baby.doctor G, she is nice person....
waited 40 minutes after appointment time with my premature son, when I was take back the nurse was cold and borderline rude. after commanding what needed to be done she stated that someone would be right in, we waited an additional 15 minutes. I wont be returning to this office.
