St. Nicholas Antiochian Orthodox Church

Found my way to St Nicholas while vacationing in Tampa back in October and was impressed. The priest was friendly and loved by the people. The choir was talented as well. Afterwards, everyone sat down for a meal together and I had a chance to speak with several of the parishioners who were all very nice as well. Antiochian Orthodox Christians are apart of Church spoke of in Acts 11:26 2"And when he had found him, he brought him to Antioch. So it was that for a whole year they assembled with the church and taught a great many people. And the disciples were first called Christians in Antioch." There is an unbroken line between the Antiochian Orthodox churches of the world and that first Gentile christian church in the Bible. All are invited to come and see what Christianity looked like in those first centuries of the faith at St Nicholas Antiochian Orthodox Church.

Truly a beautiful church. Tonight we celebrate a Girl Scout bridging ceremony. Tonights graduation is 5 generations in Girl Scouting for me!!!. The lessons learned saved lives, enrich faith in humanity and a sence of doing good. Blessings to the churches and businesses that shelter us. May more praise your generosity.
