Such a beautiful auditorium. Their Christmas pageant "Boars Head..." was beautiful and the costumes were stunning. Highly recommend.
You can really feel GOD's presents there. Plus they treated me like family, even though it was my first time attending there.
We have been attending events at St. Paul United Methodist Church for almost 10 years and the staff and congregation are so inviting! From MOPS Mothers of Preschoolers to VBS Vacation Bible School to Breakfast with Santa, they truly serve children and families well. We recently were there for Breakfast with Santa. The children enjoyed their pancake breakfast, making crafts, and shopping for friends and family in the marketplace. Santa Claus and the Grinch were a big hit!
A nice church...I came for a concert - Wonderful....I can't speak of anything else as I am a Catholic and have never been there for a service. But for the location, sanctuary, and people 4 stars...for the concert John Rutter's Requiem - 5+ stars.
Open and welcoming community. The kids music classes are amazing!
Not sure why the church has a 4.1 rating. I went to the 8:30am service. Mostly older people. I had about 10 people greet me and welcome me. Not bad since only around 40 people were present. The kindness has already made up my mind that I will attend again. Also, a beautiful church. Both inside and out.
Nice, clean, friendly church. The people are great to deal with. They are very helpful to community organizations like the one I am in. The couple of services I attended there had a good message and the parishioners were welcoming.
I really like their 11:00 Traditional Service pre-COVID-19 with the old-fashioned hymns & scripture readings. I do wish they would put more emphasis on the need for people to repent of sin & submit themselves to the LORD Jesus so they may receive eternal life John 3:16.
I grew up in this United Methodist Church in the 1970's, and it was an excellent church then, and it continues to excel in its mission. Its mission of outreach, assistance, accommodation, and inclusion continues to grow and address the issues of the day. The UMC Conference is quite divided about the LGBTQ+ community, but the clergy and the congregation at St. Paul UMC, from what I know, are inclusive of everyone and invite any and all to come and worship and take part in sacraments. I see St. Paul as one of the biggest movers and shakers of this community. And their facilities accommodate service groups like 12-step and support groups for community support and welfare. They have a clothes closet and other assistance and references for homeless and needy.
We went there for Easter hunt. It was fun and the staff was friendly
