Called the law firm couldn't hear because there phone line was horrible then proceeded to tell the rep I can't hear u then the call got clear from whatever she did with phone on her end and asked a few questions and stated my case when I finally got a hold of someone she went over looking me up then telling me price of the case which was fine i told them i would be able to go through with it on a certain day and she agreed that i can call back anytime so when I had finish with my hearing court i tried to call back again the rep says hello then hangs up then called again no answer the fact that it's so hard to speak someone is ridiculous and And if you are a law firm to help people with their circumstances why is the communication so hard and the conversation feels rushed and i really would like to feel that if i forget to ask a question or something came up from speaking to you verses having to wait a whole other week or two weeks to get a hold of someone then i feel that it's not worth calling or using the service, very disappointed.
Highly recommend, About 5 years ago . I was sited for left turn on a red light when that was not true. Spoke to Stacy and she was able to take care of my ticket without my appearance in court, they are fast & professional in communication.
Didn’t communicate while the case went on. Didn’t “see a notion get sent to her by the court” and now a year and a half later im paying fees on something she was supposed to handle. Lacks communication, ghost you for periods of time. Overall a bad experience wouldn’t recommend was there for her money. Told me “I did my job” what happens after is your problem and her job was to make sure the case was all the way closed and wasn’t now I’m out 1200
I've been with this firm for 2-years, and no one has contacted me regarding the status of my case. The last time I spoke to anyone was in January 2020. The staff is unprofessional and unorganized.
I paid over $1000 for a ticket and a first time dui charge but the dui charge is still on my record even though I was told it would be taken care of. I do not recommend going through them unless you want to waste your time and money.
Terrible experience. I've paid them $450 to do nothing but look at my case. When I was originally told that it would be that amount to amend tickets.. now their telling me it's going to be another $1,000 to get tickets amended. And the lawyer has not called to do a follow up on my case, nor is he concerned. Everything I call about it, they will put me on a long hold. And never get a call back. I will never go through this company ever again nor will I refere anyone.
Very satisfied, they handle my traffic tickets in a timely matter and made it very simple for me. I paid my fines to the office and they paid the fines for me, would highly recommend!
I came to Stacy at the beginning of June, seeking her help because my license had been suspended for 90 days with a 2-year probationary period. Like some of you; it seemed to me that nothing had been done regarding my situation. Maybe I was just being impatient because I’m a Lyft driver... I can’t drive for Lyft if my license is suspended; so needless to say — I WAS DESPERATE!!!!!! I thought Stacy was giving me the runaround and I demanded a refund. Stacy was understanding and very professional. Her sister, Robin assured me and showed me proof of where my case was at; and that the prosecutor in Clay County had already agreed to reduce my ticket to a non moving violation and it was now waiting for the judge’s approval. The next week I called the court for an update and learned that I now had a court date of 08/18/21. FINALLY...!!! Now we’re getting somewhere!!! So I could reasonably expect to return to work around 08/18/21 or shortly thereafter, right??? Wrong...!!! Today I received a letter from the Missouri Department of Revenue, advising that my violation from Clay County has been removed; along with my suspension!!! To add fresh icing on the cake... Robin had also purged all dated information and violations from years past off my record so I wouldn’t be discriminated and judged by my past!!! Listen gang... before we get quick to “badmouth” Stacy and her practice; consider contacting her or the office staff. Her intentions are good . She did not pay to go to school the number of years she did; just to rip people off...!!! For some of you, I can understand your frustration but I encourage you to step back; take a deep breath; put on optimism and work it out by contacting them. I, once an angry customer; couldn’t be more satisfied with how it all washed out, in the end. Stacy... thank you SO MUCH for EVERYTHING!!!
Paid my fees on the 24th and was suppose to hear something the next day from lawyer, but still haven’t but I have faith, I know lawyers are busy just as much as the prosecutor. Hopefully I’ll hear something but the end of the week.
