Stade's Farm and Market

One of the better places to take your family in order to get away from the huge crowsds at more popular farms. This farm offers a huge outdoor play area that features apple shooters, zip lines, mini Ferris wheel, large slides, mazes, tractors to climb on and through and a merry go round with plenty of others I didn't mention. Phenomenal pies and homemade goodies inside the store too at very reasonable prices just like their pumpkin selection. Better than goeberts when it comes to feeling more welcome here without the feeling you need to buy something and their prices are significantly less as well which is always a bonus!

I really love Stade's Farm 90% of the time. This year prices were MUCH higher because they are adding all of the obnoxious kid stuff and not letting it just be a farm. We go there to pick strawberries every spring/summer and they also have exceptional honey. Make sure that you don't go after a couple rainy days because twice now we've picked what looked like good berries and gotten home and had to throw them out because they tasted moldy. They were NOT moldy, it was just from all of the rain and straw getting mildewed in the sun after the rain. We now only go pick if we have completely sunny forecast. They have awesome corn and rhubarb if you like that, the bakery with the fresh strawberry donuts and strawberry lemonade is AMAZING. JUST be sure to taste test berries along the way!!! The strawberries and raspberries can be canned with little to no added sugar because it is so naturally sweet!!!!

Always a great time during pumpkin season. Only complaint is admission for adults of $15. Only thing we really do is watch our kids so the price is a little steep in that regard. Totally worth it for the kiddos though. Yearly tradition for us. Corn is amazing of course!

Fun for the whole family! If your family likes roller coasters, ice cream and cotton candy then this place wont be fun. If hay, pumpkins and fresher pick apples is your kids cup of tea then this place will blow their minds.

Great locally grown produce when in season. Fair prices. If it's in season nearby its FRESH!
