Can never get ahold of anyone. Always redirected to answering service. Noone calls back. It is like everyone from Safe Harbor came to work at this place. Just about EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I call i get a answering machine. I have spoken to a human being there once about doing a intake to see a doctor and a psychiatrist. When directed to intake I get a answering service, now every time I have called back, same thing, answering machines. Is there No decent mental health in Erie ? I just moved here...this is a joke !!!

I have suffered my whole life and it took me finding this place to finally find the help I need. Everyone here cares very much and I completely trust everyone from my counselor, doctor, BMC, to the receptionists. If you suffer with depression, drug or alcohol abuse, anything, they can help. I truly believe that they care about me as an individual, not just another patient.

*****I went here for an evaluation for my doctor. They recommended I go for 9 hours of treatment a week even though I haven't used in 5 months. Then they refused to fax my doctor that I saw them because I didn't agree to do rhe treatment. Go somewhere else if you can********
