I had my 37 foot fifth wheel in for troubleshooting and issue with the AC and landing gear on the front legs. I had already spent time on the phone with tech support on the AC and with Atwood for the landing gear. I instructed the service manager not to call Tech support if they did not know the system already I could do that myself. showed back up that even. They charged me for tech support call over $150 and charged another $125. to use aluminum tape on the air duct on the AC. I ask them to take off the tech support call since they did not fix anything on the landing gear. They would not so our bill was over 400+ so I paid it got my keys went to my unit and they had put there Stalkup stickers all over my rig . I told them to remove them, after asking 3 people at service , I told the owner to remove them. I did not buy it there and will NOT promote this dealership, the owner was on a forklift and shouting out to remove the stickers and to ban my wife and I from coming there again. don't have to worry about that one! what a hot head there are other reports of this owner shouting and cursing at people. Don't buy there! if you have an issue good luck you have been warned. by the way he almost ran over my foot in his tantrum.:( By the way after the fact the AC unit that they charge me to put aluminum tape on to supposably seal up the baffles so warm air wouldn't mix with cool air the AC actually was the wrong size of unit for my rig I contacted Camping World in Georgia who had replaced this and they made the store and Colorado replace the unit with a 15,000 BTU unit and they made it right I've had no more issues by the way Camping World replace it at no charge.

I had a jack that would not retract...supposedly fixed until the third time I unhooked then failed in the same manner. Charged me for something that was not the cause of the failure and then had the nerve to not stand behind their work despite a call to them the morning confirming that they would if the new RV repair place called them to say it was Stalkup's fault...which did happen. Not a company I would do business with again and not recommended. They were rude to me and rude to the staff of the new repair facility.

I went to the sales yard and gave the people all my info and never received a call back, so I called about a half dozen more times finally to reach a voicemail requesting a callback but I never heard back from these guys. I assume it was because they didnt think I would get financed but I would have appreciated a courtesy call to tell me at least.

Unfortunately Stalkups service center couldn't spare 20 minutes for someone passing through who had traveled long distances to fix a simple part. Luckily a very nice man referred us to Smith's RV . They were so kind and professional. In fact it only took 15 minutes and we were on our way! Go to Smith's!!!
