Do not take your tools here to be repaired. This company will never get my business again. You walk in the door and they stare at you like they don’t even want you there. No one greet you were asked how they can help, they just Stare at you waiting on you to say something.. I dropped a saw and an air compressor off to be repaired on June 28, 2017. I was told at the time they were not very busy so it should only take about three weeks. I called multiple times over the next two months to talk to the service department and all they told me was that my compressor was in backlog, but the Saul was done and they were still trying to get caught up from other orders. When I asked the man how is the Saul done but the compressor in the back log I brought them in on the same day. He responded it just is. It is now October 16, 2017 I’m picking up my saw and my compressor and the compressor still is not fixed and nobody has any explanation as to why. This place needs to realize that contractors are the ones keeping them in business and that a little bit of customer service can go along way.
