This is by far the best food truck BBQ that I have ever had. It's competition level quality. Stan is a Master Barbecuer and his family all have great attitudes. Go early and prepare to wait.
The 1st thing you see is the line, 2nd thing that happens is, you see the smoke, then the smell pulls you in. The food, makes you a customer. Authentic as southern barbecue gets.

I'm from Miami so you know just driving down the city smelling that bbq that's its hitting....never had bbq that comes close to Miami bbq but this is nostalgic and the best bbq I ever had...
