I would highly suggest that if you rent from this company, ensure that you are maintaining receipts of your payments. It appears as though their accounting system isn't entirely accurate. In addition, if you are renting a newer home or a home that requires any additional construction, make sure that you negotiate that with your lease. The home we rented wasn't completely done (needed sod) and we were stuck with $200+ water bills. Otherwise, they are fairly easy to get ahold of and accomodating if you need to adjust your move in dates one or two days.

Please read if you are looking for a property management company. I do not normally leave reviews but I am at my wits end with this company. Owners looking for a property management company beware of this young and under-experienced Management LLC. I wont go into details but they (Stanbrough) ended up bidding out a job to a the contractor ($2500 up front) which happens to be incompetent and cannot complete the job. Our deck was "so called" fixed with broken pieces and rusty screws. We have been contacting the property managers at Stanbrough for several months now and have been made promises on completion dates and we are still waiting. Deck is still broken and I really have no expectation of it ever getting fixed.
