If i can give zero or a negative thats my take. Staff was very rude and no manners. The only good thing was my car still intact, no major scratch but i will know more when i inspect tomorrow. But definitely will never ever and ever park there. Stay away.
I prepaid parking before I decided to drive down to NYC. I got there and the guy refused to let me in. Highly recommend the garage on 68th and 2nd instead. Pleasant and very helpful unlike SP+. Last time I will use.
I would not use this garage again. The car was damaged when we picked it up and the attendant on call refused to give us his name, refused to fill out the form the company had to document the damage, and was rude and not helpful at all. Poor customer service.
