Standard Restaurant Supply

I started buying my cooking and baking supplies here because of the better quality than what you would buy at the grocery store. Better priced too since you are not buying a "name" brand. Over the past couple years, they've become more organized and it's easier to find stuff. They are open to the public and have great merchandise - including appliances, large and small. I bought a large prep table that was drastically reduced because of a couple of dents. The way I have it set up in my kitchen, you can't see the dents. Love Standard Restaurant Supply!!

Michelle Johnson in used equipment was extremely helpful and patient in gathering everything we needed to open our second restaurant location! Thank you thank you! I highly recommend these guys! Price and service!

Love shopping here. Great prices, great staff, conveniently located. I was in the store for a vacuum. Looking on the shelf on my own not completely sure what I wanted but had an idea. An older man in a nice suit walked up to me and asked “did you find what your looking for?” I said “I think so” feeling guilty because I could see that he was in no way dressed for the occasion and he looked like he was definitely on his way to do something much more important than help a customer. He began lifting boxes down off the shelves telling me all about each of the different items. I told him I was ok and could get another person to help me. He even stopped and said “there’s one we have that’s even better in the back, I’ll see if I can get someone to pull it for you.” Feeling guilty I immediately said “oh no, these are good” he immediately responded. “We need to bring it up here anyways.” He left and came back after a few minuets carrying a box in a suit and all. With a little dust on his suit jacket. I saw one of the salesman walk past and kept looking at me. I felt uncomfortable like I had totally put this important man way out of his way. He stayed and helped me till I was done. He even directed me to a few other items on my list. At checkout the cashier said “did you find everything okay? did anyone help you?” Before I could respond the salesman that was watching me said “Ellery” I haft to say he had the best customer service I have ever experienced!! He didn’t hesitate to help me even though it was clear he was heading into or just out of a meeting. No doubt there was definitely higher priority’s and responsibilities of what he was doing for the business. I will return. I’d recommend this store to anyone and everyone. 5 stars from me.

I am a chef and have been buying equipment forever. And Lynn is the best sales rep ever to work with. Very quick, honest about the deals he can give you and absolutely goes the extra mile to help you. Owners give this man a raise!!!

Absolutely love shopping here I went in for some silverware and a paring knives and left with much more then that. The prices are incredible, and the staff helpful and friendly
