Stacey in the printing area helped me resolve a time-sensitive issue by staying at the end of his shift and going out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of - and the next morning he delivered as promised as well. Stacey was very friendly and happy to assist me. I would recommend this location based on Stacey’s professionalism alone.

Copy Center cash register was not operational. Stood in another line, they were training a new employee. Asked me all kinds of questions. One ideam was not marked correctly. The employees were very nice, but slow.

Customer service on the floor is great. HOWEVER the print service is ALWAYS a mess. Have given many chances and nobody ever seems to know what they are even doing. Aside from that it takes days and days to get a simple project created. I have to repeatedly call to check the status of my order. Beyond frustrating.
