Staples

I went into Staples 45 minutes before close, emailed 20 pages of docs to print, waited and waited and waited for them to receive it. I was the only print services customer. I tried Yahoo, I tried Gmail, I emailed to the clerk, emailed through self-help... still no docs. They closed at 9 pm. I got the confirmation email at 9:05 pm. I left without any documents and lost an hour of my time with no consolation. I will never ever rely on Staples again. I'm switching to FedEx. The higher price will guarantee far better service.

Plenty of supplies, short on help, even fully staffed. How do modern companies employ so many people and still don't have a person to answer the phone? Not a horrible experience, but enough to make me go down the street to office depot.

Friendly staff, great selection and prices. Even offered a discount since their credit card reader not working and i had to go get cash to make purchase

I really had a great experience, I was asked by two different employee's if I needed help, but I didn't, so I didn't have any pressure. I found what I was looking for and check out was a breeze. Everyone was very professional and I will go there again.

It's very much just office supplies. I was hoping for more than just chairs and desks with their furniture. (I.e. bookcases and storage cabinets)
