Staples

Terrible experience at the print counter this morning. The attendant continually interrupted me as I described what I needed, trying to get me to use the self-service printers. When I finally got across that I needed something more customized, he again interrupted me to say "No, no - we're swamped this morning and couldn't possibly get to it until late today." At that point I was so annoyed I didn't bother telling him that I didn't need it until next week. He was doing everything he could to stop me from placing an order, so I was happy to oblige. Don't waste your time - go to Flash Print a block away where they know what they are doing.

Horrible experience. I mailed a letter through Staples and 2 weeks letter the letter still hasn't arrived to it's destination. The woman who helped me couldn't figure out in their system how to mail a package using USPS priority mail so that I could get a tracking number. Clearly this store needs to train their employees properly before putting them on the floor to help customers.

Granted it was the Sunday afternoon shift, but numerous staff were on hand and completely disinterested in helping, and worse didn’t know how to complete simple printing tasks. They clearly did not understand how their own equipment works. Avoid if you have any need for assistance with your work.

I enjoy going to this Staples - or calling before visiting to check on their supply. They are always very friendly and willing to help, yet very few that work there seem to know anything. For example - I called today and had to speak to three people before finding out they don't carry left-handed scissors or computer mouses with older style connector component.

I call in advance to see if they have the Apple laptop power cable that I need. "Oh yeah, totally." The employee neglects to mention that they're opening an hour later than usual, so I stand outside for twenty minutes waiting. Once inside, I ask an employee to show me where the cable is and, shocker, the picture shows a different plug. "Well this'll work though." The employee calls his buddy on the com to "confirm" for effect. Walk back to the office. Doesn't work. Head straight back. The register attendant is kind but the manager is all huffy about the return, mashing the keyboard when asked for an override and telling me about how nobody has that cable. An hour and a half wasted. Amazon Prime for me from now on.

Rude Manager. Tried to haggle with me by saying that I could get a certain discount if and only if I bought a printer cartridge along with a printer not at all part of the deal. I immediately took out my phone and ordered the same product for way cheaper at OfficeMax. Staples manager - I hope you are reading this and will rethink your business practices.

Extremely poor service - the representative continued to interrupt me as I explained what I needed. He wasn't aware of the types of printing Staples can handle, and then told me he was too busy to help at the moment. This was after my initial print job was botched, and I was looking to see how we could fix this. Will not be using Staples again.

Very rude man! What happened to customer service here? I asked for help printing docs & got a nasty attitude. Isn't that their job in the document print center? Don't go here if you need service!

I would give this place a zero star if that is a option. The printing staff was very incompetent, telling me that I can only print booklet from the website whereas the website says to contact store associates.

Went in to get some posters laminated. They did a great job, and they did it fast and cheap. Very happy with their service!
