The handicap parking spaces are about as far from the entrance as you can put them. NONE of the close spaces are handicap spaces, & there's a 4" high 'sidewalk' right next to the handicap spaces that us disabled folks are expected to somehow climb up on? Horribly & completely inaccessible
Came in looking for a quality paper shredder, I was greeted by the store manager who went out of his way to help me choose one that I needed. He pulled 2 of the models that I was interested in off the floor and ran paper through them so I could see the options as well as noise level and how fast they actually shred. I ended up purchasing a 20 sheet industrial model "that I have put through it's paces" My only complaint is the warranty is only for 15 days or for $100 or so I can get a 3 year warranty. I passed on the "pay for warranty deal" over all I was very happy with the service and product.
Lazy customer service . 25 mins to closing and needed passport photos. And they advertise 10 minute passport photos. One of the workers asked for help and they wanted to help but the young lazy store manager said come back tomorrow. Then move passport photo sign you have outside earlier so you don't waste people's time
Submitted an order for print & received a voicemail the next day from Efrem couldn’t hear clearly informing me of an issue with the print. Stopped by to see if the product was still usable. The self-identified, same employee round person with cropped hair was rude and implied that it was my fault for submitting that PDF format, even though the same format worked perfectly fine when I printed a smaller sample at home. The print issue wasn’t a big deal, but this employee clearly lacked customer service etiquette.
I visited here for book binding. Brought a think textbook and divided into several smaller ones with springs. Cindy at the copy&print service section was amazing. She went beyond and above and helped me get the best results. I even made a mistake on instructing my preference, and she was still so kind and re-did her job. Cindy was the example of best customer service who showed how I and we should treat others. Thank you, Cindy!
My order was suppose to be delivered by 3:30pm today, it arrived at 1:55pm! Awesome service! Staples is the ONLY store that will deliver to me in the mountains! We can't even get a pizza delivered! I was working when my printer ran out of ink but I was back in business to in less than 2 1/2 hours! Thank you Staples!
I am a teacher for 210 students and came in to purchase a folder for each kid and name tag labels. Brisa was so courteous and helpful to make sure I had the right amount and the right colors for my class. Hafsa helped me check out and get my teacher rewards, so friendly and caring in conversation. There was an issue with my purchase so I returned the next day and Robert helped me out so fast. These people all go above and beyond. I was blown away by their incredible customer service. This is the best experience I've ever had at any store. All of this goes towards helping students learn and grow and achieve their dreams. Thank you all so much. You all deserve a raise!
Ordered something on staples.com but received as damaged, went to this store for replacement, but staff there were saying weird things such as the packaging was not damaged and why you didn't come the same day when you received the damaged item. It was very upset because it sounded like they believed I damaged the item. End up with return only, they told me I cannot get replacement to keep my discount, only return and buy a new one from the store. Bad experience!
Horrible Staples. They do not allow chip cards to be processed as a credit card & blame it on you. This is illegal and goes against CC processing agreements.
I went in today to purchase a printer and Robert was very nice explaining and showing me a printer that had all the features I wanted, additionally, he helped me out explaining the configuration of my new HP printer. Robert, thank you very much, you are the best! Besides, all the staff was very friendly. Will definitely go again :
