Our driver Gus was awesome!! He showed up on time and the limo was perfect just what I ordered! Right down to the complementary bottle of champagne! Gus was very knowledgeable providing the perfect spots when we arrived in NYC. He even took pictures for us. We ended up being 2 hours past our allowed time and there were absolutely no issues with that. We had an amazing time and I'll absolutely call them again when I'm in New York.

I received great customer service from Anna at Star City Limousines. She responded to all my questions, emails right away with regards to every detail. Their price was the best I had found and I have called many companies and was shopping around for a while. We were very pleased with our limo. We had the 20 passenger white Escalade limo. The driver showed up on time and was extremely patient in waiting for us to finish taking photos. He was very helpful getting all of us in and out of the limo. He was really friendly and made sure we took our complimentary champagne with us since we didn't drink it in the limo. I referred out of town wedding guests to Star City Limousines since they needed a limousine service and they were thrilled with them as well. 100% service at very good price.

thieves, be careful, you rented a hummer and last 1/2hr, they call saying ,it has an electrical issue and send you a cheap limo, Imagine all your guest know you rented a hummer and then you have to tell them a cheap limo will pick them up, Insane,

I rented a.stretch limo. Last friday night and was so pleased !!! The car was on time and beautiful on the outside and the inside !!! Our driver peter was a.sweetheart !!! Would highly recommend their service and will be renting with them again !!!

Used Star City Limousine to celebrate my daughter's birthday and the service was really good. Whole experience from booking the reservation to final drop off was very satisfactory. The customer service representative was very professional and gave us a great price on the Hummer. Our driver arrived on time, he was very courteous and most important an excellent driver. The limousine was very clean, fully stocked with ice and soft drinks. I would use them again in the future.

Horrible experience. Keep calling not getting thru book for 3:30pm months ago for today. They keep making excuses saying they will be there 20 mins no one shows up call back they say driver on his way and be there in 30mins then 1hr goes by and they say they have to cancel. This place is a sham Do not book here. Driver sounds drunk and all they have is excuses. They humiliate me in front of my entire family this is the worst place to get taxi or limo service DO NOT GO HERE.

Absolutely excellent service. I would highly recommend Star City Limo to friends. Communication with helping me sort out the booking was great and being able to speak to somebody and explain everything that I needed was great. Follow up e-mails are much appreciated as reminders of pick up and informing us of the driver details. Hummer limo was exactly as described, driver was really helpful and polite and we had a blast. I would definitely use Starcity Limo service again. Pleasure doing business with them.

This company is great! We rented one of their Hummers, and it exceeded all expectations. Driver showed up 20 minutes early even! The Hummer limo was extremely well decorated and was very clean. The sound system was great too, and even had a TV to play the music videos. Plenty of room to fit almost 20 people we had. Driver was very friendly and willing to make special stops. Knew his way around NYC. I highly recommend using them, I will definitely be using them again.

I decided to go with Star City Limousine based on the reviews I read. I now understand why they come so highly recommended. The stretch limousine that picked us up was gorgeous. It was a Cadillac stretch limo, much nicer than others I have used in the past. Very clean on the inside; it looked brand new and unused by anyone. The driver arrived early, and was very attentive and professional. The pricing was very reasonable, and cheaper than other limousine companies in the area.

I booked Star City Limo for airport round trip with a two months between the departure and the return. The service was absolutely impeccable: the limos were on time; very clean; the drivers well groomed and courteous. On the arrival, we had to deal with customs and international baggage and I have waited for a long time because for some reason my daughter’s stroller got lost. Once we exited the terminal, I knew beforehand the driver and the car that would be meeting me. The driver send me his location through Glympse app so I knew his exact location. While I don't use limo services often, they are a cut above services used previously, Just be aware, they heavily use of technology in providing their service, which likely gives them the edge. Communication was top notch and company is very responsive to any requests. I will use them again.
