Associate was very helpful and pleasant to work with. She wasn’t to pushy or overbearing but still gave us the knowledge and help we needed! Made for a great experience and I didn’t feel like walking out the door immediately because of someone not giving me time to think or breath! She was awesome!

Donna was fantastic to work with! She was patient and helpful even staying after hours to make sure I was comfortable with the purchase. Giving me as much time as I needed to look around and decide! I will definitely use her for any future purchases!

Repeat customer to the Fairmont Star Furniture location. We have worked with Jennifer twice in the last year. Each time she has listened to what we were looking for, learned our tastes and has been a fantastic resource to recommend furniture that suits our needs and style - particularly when it comes to ordering what is not on the showroom floor. She is knowledgeable on the brands they carry, and has worked long and hard with us each time to get us a fair price!
