Love, these ladies! Marty has God gifted hands Ema too!!! I've been coming here for years. Since 2005 I won't let hardly too many others touch my hair.

I’ve never felt the need to post a review but for the prices they have this is not acceptable f I could give this place 0 starts I would!! I went the first time and they didn’t do they style I asked for but I went back anyway because overall it was nicely done The second time I went to get my daughters hair braided and it was so tight she was crying In pain i had to take them out 1 day after she got them her whole scalp was red.. I was practically there all day I went in at 12 and left at 5pm had to wait 1hr 30 min plus the ladies kept fighting and choosing which customer they wanted to take instead of going in order.

I usually don’t do these types of reviews but I think since I have been supporting this business for over 10 years I should speak up. I came in for a service and the stylist that did my hair coughed about 10 times while doing my hair. Considering the current climate of COVID and other viruses running rapid, it’s unprofessional and unsafe to public health to service clients if you are sick. When I addressed my concerns with her doing my hair while coughing, she didn’t stop to put on a mask or wash her hands. She only replied by saying “I’m vaccinated”. We come to get our hair serviced and we should do so without fear of getting sick because of someone else’s negligence. I recommend management to address these serious client concerns with the staff so no one has to experience this in the future.

My hair looked like I got it done by a child. It looked so home made it's ridiculous. I literally had to go home and fix my own hair. And I tried a different stylist from my first horrible experience. I'm not giving this salon another chance at disappointing me in regards to my hair. Good luck to anyone going here for service.

Arrived on Saturday morning around 9:55, only 1 stylist there talking on the speaker phone while starting a customer's hair..she called another stylist, she came in about 30 min later..went in for an updo bun but the style just wasn't right..Price was pretty high but it was a stitched braid style, so understood..once the braiding started, didn't look like the picture so I informed her and she took it down..Just as I was about to leave, the original lady suggested knotless braids and that's what I did and pleased..will return in the future..Service: Braids

I went there the first lady done my hair in braids did a great job. But this last time I went this lady braid my hair so tight.I couldn't even put it in a ponytail.Service: Box Braids

I had to take out all the braids on my left side because they were pulling so tight. My scalp was injured and has scabbed over from the pulling, tension and tightness. If I had not taken them down, there would have been more hair loss, straight out the follicles. I have been giving my hair some TLC with oils and massage, but I will never go back to them. And the establishment is unclean. There are no covid19 sanitation being done. Someone needs to do something.

STAR HAVE NO SALON LICENSE and STYLIST HAVE NO LICENSE!!! I went to get my hair braided Feb.10,2022.My hair was so tight i could not touch until it loosen up.When i lifted up my hair she did not do what i told her to do even showed a picture.The last row in back has been pulled out by Feb.24th.My hair was over 2 inches long because i been growing my afro for over 3 years naturally.I went in salon told other customers,but Mercey still doing and and customers love they hair bald.The previous people gone under new management with previous owners gone.Refuse to take action
