One thing walking into this restaurant, a nondescript looking place tucked in a small shopping center, was how EXTRA they were!! Candles on the table, they put a napkin in my lap, pushed in my chair for me, and the waiter was even wearing a tuxedo. It was almost novel, but a refreshing experience. My food was delicious and everything was nicely prepared. Very delicious and customer service focused staff!!! I ate the vegetarian sampler and it was very good.

I love this place!! Best food! Best service! Owner always makes people feel right at home! I go a few times a week if I can! Perfect for vegetarians!

I believe this place family owned and operated, but I'm not sure if it is or isn't.. The food is delicious, authentic, and reasonably priced lunch buffet. I have only been for lunch, but they do have a dinner buffet too. I'll definitely will be back for lunch and eventually I'll try the dinner buffet!..

This was my first time eating Indian food EVER, so let me start with that. I was greeted at the door and the atmosphere was pleasant and the place was clean. There are 3 buffets and a small dessert bar. I loved everything I tried and none of it was overbearing for a first timer. There are descriptions above each dish. There are all kinds of sauces. Service was wonderful and the staff was friendly. I had the lunch buffet for $9.98 (with water). I will definitely be back often!

The food is consistently good, and the lunch buffet is a great bargain. I'm especially impressed at the quality of vegetarian and meat options to satisfy differing diets. The owner, Sami, is quite solicitous, especially when you are a repeat customer. We don't eat here as often as I'd like because we're not in Little Rock as much as we used to be. We have an Indian restaurant in Conway now and some others in Little Rock which are decent but not up to the high standards of food and service Star of India sets.
