Went to this Starbucks last week and it was the quickest service I've had. Maura made my specialty drink perfectly! I will be back

This Starbucks is right outside of the Perelman Center for Advanced Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital PennMed. Fantastic staff and very convenient for a quick pick me up when visiting for treatment. Don't miss this opportunity even though there are other espresso options in the first floor lobby of the Perelman.

The first Starbucks store where the service is not good, When I ordered coffee, I waited more than 20, and after a long wait the employee asked me: What is your order?

Very safe. Good precautions. But they prioritize the online orders. So there were 4 of us waiting for about 15 minutes for each of our drinks

Great Place but I'm just hearing about free coffee for Hospital Staff, yet I was charged all week for a Large Cup. I'm in full CHOP Uniform when I come in. Is it only for certain departments or do I need to ask ?

Been going there for 3 years. Excellent, friendly staff. Mobile orders are completed practically as soon as I place them. A+ !!

This Starbucks is across from CHOP's main entrance. Service was quick, friendly. Everyone wore masks and followed social distancing.

Maura is the barista!! She makes my Chai tea latte perfect!!!
