Starbucks

Anytime I am in Center city Philadelphia for a meeting or meeting up with friends this is my new go to Starbucks. It is clean, bright with a friendly staff. Just around the corner is a Trader Joe’s. I highly recommend this location if you’re visiting or having meetings.

Not as unfriendly as a national lawsuit lost in Philly would suggest. Diversity is never a bad thing.

Poor staffing; 1 barista on per shift, so don't expect quick service. Employees seem to prefer hiding in the back storeroom than actually doing there job as well, and when they are out front checking their phones seems to be a higher priority. Drinks themselves are 'meh' at best.

Franchise location that doesn’t take the Starbucks app or allow use of star rewards. Didn’t even know until after placing order.

Terrible experience. Bad service. Messed up my order and over-charged my card.
