Customer service was horrendous. Staff at the counter was not at all attentive when the customer engaged with them. Moreover, the seating area was not even sanitized, imagine that too during the pandemic. Looked like all the staff were in a hurry, as though they had to catch the bus.

Ordered matcha tea latte on coconut milk, took it with me, ones i reached home, discovered that there is coffee inside with matcha and i can’t even understand its cow milk or coconut . Taste is disaster, pain 23 aed, and cant drink that...now just to throw it..always taking same order there...very disappointed.

Not brilliant, I ordered pizza it is fresh but not tasty and meat is bad taste
