Very pleasant experiences here - the staff is always so friendly! The lines are long though, so use the mobile app! They have a good selection of breakfast sandwiches but I wish they would change them up more often! Photos as of June 2018.
Popped in my mid afternoon Friday and it was superquick, staff was fun and we made some jokes and I got my order quick.
We are dependent upon this chain because they are able to deliver a consistent quality and expectations for coffee drinks. This particular location was quite busy for a saturday morning I thought but they served me quickly all the same. I also used the mobile order option at this location and had no wait at all. Ordering in the app is definitely very convenient and preferred. I will definitely be back to this chain and would recommend it.
The hours of this location are the main reason for my rating. They close pretty early compared to most other Starbucks I've been to, and during the last 2-3 hours that they are open, typically there is only 1 person working, so the wait time for drinks can be pretty long, even if ordering online. I assume the location, being farther from the metro and mostly nestled among office buildings, is the reason for the strange hours of operation and lack of staff later in the day.
I don't often go to Starbucks as I do not drink coffee, but as it was the only option for a cheap breakfast in the immediate area I was obliged to go. The sandwiches were good, as well as their pastries. I usually prefer to get my morning caffeine through soda's, but this was not an option here so I was slightly disappointed. Also service seemed a bit slow, and when an order was up, they did not always call out the name and would just leave it on the counter in the hope that you would check to see if your order was fulfilled.
Starbucks prices are unreasonably high, and the drinks are very unhealthy for you, but on the other hand, Starbucks coffee is really good. I wish I didn't like it but it's fantastic. The food there too is really, really good. It's a nice place to go with a friend, or even on a first date. The seasonal drinks are also really good, so if you have money to spend and you want fast, good coffee drinks, Starbucks is the way to go.
Poor customer service , even don’t wanna apologize ! Lady at the register was fine and kind but guy who made drink had very weird attitude, even I am asking to add ice and he kept going to say that this drink doesn’t come with ice ! I got my refund and didn’t take that beverage! Almost month ago I was at the same location , looked like manager was very serious to hire someone by sitting and having interview at the corner . To management : As much as you being that serious and you are taking those interviews under that serious details, where is the result ? Instead of bringing out 100 of the modified “new” beverages to the market , work on your customer service management !
Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too. Second day in a row I’ve gotten a terrible drink from them. They don’t listen to custom orders when someone says light on the sweet cream. I’d appreciate my drink to taste like coffee not sweet cream.
This Starbucks is not like any I have visited. Mornings especially around 7 am are incredibly busy with only 2 people typically working behind the counter usually at a snails pace. It has gotten to the point that about half of the people who walk in in the mornings simply walk out without purchasing anything, I imagine to go to the cafe across the street Universal Gourmet. They are losing business and frustrating customers! I expect better from Starbucks. My guess is this one is just sadly mismanaged.
Music in the store is annoyingly loud. Even though I asked to turn volume bit down, they did not make it happen... People come here with their laptops and willing to do some work, but it feels like you are in a club.
