Amazing Experience The staff is Really Nice and Compassionate...It very Comfortable near the Ice Skating Ring...and they were fast at Taking Out Long Lines... I was impressedFood: 5/5

I just want to start this review with a thank you to the two baristas that stayed and worked a very busy Saturday night on Dec. 10. The place was so packed since the ice skating rink is also very busy at this time. Some would have walked out but they didn’t. The place is way understaffed. I hope they get more people to work a busy Saturday night. In terms of the food and drinks, they are perfect.

My wife bought some drinks here and when i picked it up and ask the barista if I can have water as well, she told me i need to fall in line again and order it!!! It will tAke her less thab 10 secs to grab it, its not even packed but there is couple people in line. Customer service is must if you are working to place like this. Simple favor makes customer happy and willing to come back. But on this location I wont!

I experienced a real trauma there, after I received a normal coffee instead of a double espresso that I ordered and paid for, out of 2 available tables inside, one was occupied by a very strange homeless lady,with a lot of her luggage, who started photograph our child and follow us outside. This shocking experience literally scared us.Food: 1/5

Ordered two drinks but they thought that I wanted 3. Gave me a reward but need to listen more carefully for customers : but barista made sure that my drink is ok.

Friendly helpful staff. Good job with special order drinks. Easy 5-7 minute walk from the Four Seasons on the way to the waterside.Food: 5/5

Our group of 12 people would all order through the mobile app at the hotel and walk the 8 minutes to the store on our way to our event, and it was always ready for us upon waking through the door.Food: 5/5

Coffee was solid quality so we're also the sweets we had. Staff was not helpful nor friendly. Restaurant looked dirty. This was the lowest level Starbucks I have seen so far. I do not recommend going there.Food: 5/5

Considering the price of drinks at Starbucks, it is completely unacceptable that one would get refused an empty cup of ice!! Aside from the staff's terrible attitude...ALL THE TIME..the place is untidy and dirty.
