Stopped off at the Starbucks Lyons Village Shopping Center. Been there a long time. 2 employees. Ordered tea and the check-out person plainly forgot to make as many others behind us were served and she then remembered tea bags. Lots of young folks working on their devices. Festive . Just wished they paid more closer attention to orders.
Stopped here for a bathroom break, a mocha, and water. Staff was fast, super friendly and accommodating. Great location too.
I was here Thursday afternoon. Americano came out perfect. One of the best Americano I had at Starbucks. Thanks! I love that the space is decorated for the pride month too!
I went today to get my breakfast sandwich and coffee like I used to do every day for the past 3 weeks during my visit to Virginia and DC area, and I found MALIKA shouting at me when I asked her to warm up my sandwich on a medium heat giving a neutral excuse the at sandwich should be cooked even if it's too crunchy like last time and I didn't like it!! She was very aggressive at 8:47 while we still starting our days and all we need is a cup of coffee, a warm sandwich, and a good smile. She just ruined my morning with her bad attitude. Also, while I'm writing this feedback she is standing behind the counter chatting with her colleague and putting hands cream and not using gloves!!
Quite good service and friendly as well but the cappuccino was poorly made.
Really lovely baristas at this location. I go here on the weekend and they’re always packed, it must be so stressful but they are efficient and cheerful. I had a drink made wrong today and they remade it immediately with a sincere apology and a smile. They make me want to come to Starbucks more often.
They dont understand what light ice means on a venti drink. Wanted more of my drink and for it not to be diluted by ice but got extra ice instead. When I requested less ice after one sip on my drink I was given the crazy look and asked what it was that I wanted. I asked them to make the drink I ordered and was given a smaller cup then a grande with my drink

I have never ever experienced a bad customer service experience in any Starbucks before. Except this one...In fact, Starbucks is known for their excellent customer service reputation- except for this one. All I asked is if a Frappuccino was gluten- free. The response from a man in his maybe 50’s wearing glasses replied “ we have sugar-free” . When I repeated my question, he replied, “I don’t know”. I asked him “ could you check or ask someone else” he replied, “ ask who ?, nobody is here”. Lol, he says this while one more staff member was right behind him. When I suggest asking her or checking the box it comes in, he replies. “There’s no box”. The woman also was not sure and pointed to a -can’t guarantee ‘ policy. She looked sincere at the least and not annoyed like he was with my question or suggestion. Mind you, it was a rainy day with absolutely no customers in line too :. It’s apparent there is lack of training here. My teen said he did not trust them to make any coffee beverage at all. So we took our money elsewhere. You should too.
This location is great. The people there are always very nice and personable. They're always working quickly and seem to work together really well. The store is kept clean, and I'll continue to be a regular customer at this location.
