Quick service. Beautiful ambiance inside. The outside structures looks old. This is facing on a busy street and in the heart of businesses. I suggest, you order online then pick it up inside coz the drive thru will always have a long line. Parking: Plenty of parking around it.
I’ve been coming here almost daily for a year now and for a while there were consistently the same group of employees who were welcoming, fast, smiling, inviting and I don’t know where they went but I wish they would come back! The new employees coming in are my least favorite part about this location. They work slow, look miserable and bothered, and are confusing because they don’t call names or items out clearly.
Every time I go there I have to wait 15 minutes for a drink even if there are only a handful of people in the store because they are working on mobile orders. The drinks sit there becoming watered down but they insist on pushing them out first. They also don't consider that they mess up people's drinks and have to remake them so the customers end up waiting around a long time. If this happens to you make a complaint online or to the manager because they should have way more respect for people's time. And yes, the staff is rude.
I ordered a cafe mocha and they gave me a white chocolate mocha. I returned it back so they can correct my order. The guy barista that made the wrong order rolled his eyes. Poor customer service at early morning!
I definitely do not think they are putting in the add shots.. iv ordered multiple drinks with 4 to 5 shots and would definitely be able to taste it and see the color.. today December 14th my coffee tastes like zero shots and straight cream with milk.. I do not appreciate this when I'm paying for each extra shot to be added..
Riley was smart a**in drive thru taking my order. Not only did she not give me her name the managerdidnt either. As a manager he should have been more considerate but he went about his day and the girls all rolled there eyes looking at me as they whispered in eachothers ears. So I unnecessary so early! All because she was mad o rdered a Bfast sandwich at the end and not in the beginning. I didn't know er had an order to place order's
LOVE the fresh coffee found ONLY HERE !The subject came up as OVERRATED, and TOO EXPENSIVE ,and my reply was,SIMPLY FRESH IS BETTER !!!!! OTHERS SELL COFFEE for the SAME PRICE or MORE, and doesnt taste as good or is good for you to put into your body !!!
I asked for a venti hot chocolate and got ripped off!! There's no whipped cream, nor is my drink full. The chocolate milk tastes like it came out of a cafeteria. Just terrible!Food: 1/5
This Starbucks never has anything customer service was horrible took 20 mins for nothing the drink that they did have that I ordered did not taste like it had all the ingredients in it so I had to return it I will not be returning
I have been visiting this Starbucks for the last 6 months. Customer service is always bad. They always close at different hours and don’t talk nice to the customers. Don’t recommend to have a discussion with the manager especially. You will feel yourself humiliated by her tone.
