If you are looking for a nice place to relax and enjoy your day this particular Starbucks is for you. I've never seen a nicer group of staff.

The employees at this store are great. The manager “J” is not. Some of the customers are not. As an example, I’ve witnessed harassment in the store by customers towards employees in the presence of the manager, who declined to speak up for them. There are a number of coffee shops in the area, and I’ll choose to patronize them rather than support an environment where people are made to feel uncomfortable for who they are.

An excellent and clean coffee shop. Staff is great and friendly, and always asks about your day! Very accommodating to food allergies and the restrooms are spotless!Food: 5/5

Worst Starbucks experience in a long time. We submitted a mobile order at 9:54am the posted ready time was 10:17am. To be fair it was busy and we did realize things were taking a bit longer which is fine. However, after waiting 10,15,20, minutes beyond or ready time. I begin to notice people coming in, obviously regulars ordering at the counter, then being served their food and drinks multiple times and the staff calling out “mobile order for” over and over for others, so I decided to look for my order and low and behold tucked away on the next bench or counter there’s my drinks… The staff seemed to be attentive to those they wanted to but remember there’s some folks just passing through, please do better team. Won’t be back..

Came here to have a spot to sit and read for a few hours. The staff was very welcoming. I ordered my coffee which was delicious and sat down to read. The manager was sitting in the corner booth, working on a laptop and was super friendly to me the entire time I was in the store. She even offered me hand picked produce from California she had brought from home. I felt super welcomed and loved my experience here.

Staff are usually very nice but please make sure you put utensils with the bagel orders, 4 days in a row that I ordered bagels but couldn't use the cream cheese and ended up not eating the bagels.

Oak st . Milwaukie. Great crew at this location . Always friendly and even when it’s packed the line moves right along !

My favorite Starbucks by far! I visit this Starbucks a few times a week and it is always top notch. The staff makes you feel warm and welcome and the coffee is always on point. 10/10 customer service and cleanliness.

Staff is always friendly! They make my drink exactly how I like it! I never have to ask for a remake. Jason, Kyle and Austin are amazing people we always have great conversations! Thank you for always working hard and making my drinks perfect!! Your rockstars!
