I could not believe how friendly and efficient the staff were this morning. Huge smiles, ultra helpful, and had my order totally correct and complete in <60 seconds. Really amazing. Appreciated the great attitude during what was the start of a busy travel day!
Staff was very friendly, helpful and smiling. I had a English breakfast tea with cookies.
They do not put the required amount of coffee in the drink . They have a dirty paper cup and pour half a shot in the drink . Don’t go to this branch
Hot chocolate was very watery and flavourless
0.70 euros surplus for vegan milk substitution in café latte...Meaning I ordered caffe latte with no latte and paid for a full package... in that case they should give me money back for the milk I did not get in caffe latte. what a shane for such a big brand like Starbucks.
I walked from fairly far away and i been waiting outside for them to open for some time, when the website says they are open at 7:00 am I was counting on getting in and out due to me being a tourist in Paris and I gave a tour to catch in a little bit... The manager or African American male at the register just made I contact with me after knocking a few times and with gestures I asked what time you open and he said 10 more minutes- just not cool when you say you open at 7:00 am and you are going to open after 7:20 am...
Washrooms were out of order so I left, and went to McDonald’s next door.
Great service, fast drink preparation, awesome chocolate donuts.
Coffee is good but the bathroom hasn’t been working here for the past four days.
I used this branch since my hotel was nearby. They are understaffed trying to manage the delivery orders and it takes min 20-25 min to get a coffee
