Starbucks

So two weeks in a row, and this Starbucks has whiffed it twice. The customer service at this location has definitely gone down. We reside close to this location, but time to look for another. In the pic, this is a “grande” hot chocolate, barely half a cup. Ridiculous.

Unfortunately we didn’t catch her name, but the barista that served us tonight was so nice and friendly! A great change from the automatons or downright rude people we are used to at drive theirs in Florida!

The staff at this Starbucks are always friendly and quick with my orders! It is usually very clean. They have a good atmosphere if you need to sit for awhile and I love the smell of the fresh brewed coffee that permeates every Starbucks! A great little place to stop in for a snack or a drink.

Drive thru wasn't moving. Decided to go inside and was slowed by drive thru orders. Employees were doing restocking and prep after morning rush. Quality of my beverage was same standard as usual, yet disappointed by the wait. Late morning was not customer focused.
