Starbucks

I ordered a hot coffee on a cold day, and I did a mobile order, but I waited until I was in the drive thru line at the store so that my drink wouldn’t get cold waiting since the line was long. I pulled up to the speaker and told the girl I had a mobile order, she responded with “next time if you could order your drink more in advanced so that we have more time to make it.” This makes no sense, because even if I had ordered a drink right at the window, they would still have had the same amount of time to make my drink! The comment was just rude and unnecessary.

At this point, everyone understands what short staffed looks like. Please disable online ordering if we can’t go inside. Awesome to keep the drive through open but disappointing to see you have to park in the worlds longest line just to pick up your order. If I hadn’t already paid, I would have just stopped at a gas station.

Just now, girl passes me an unsealed cup and got it all over my pans. Then she closed the lid and it was not sealed and got it all over myself again. Before I got it the third time I checked before bringing it though the window and again it happens. She gave me a new cup and lid but I already had spilled most of it. She was even rude about it. Man I dirtied my pants and she didn’t even apologize. Didn’t like her rudeness …

Restroom door didn’t lock. 5 ladies standing behind counter and not one asked or offered a sleeve or stopper to my hot drink. They were all talking amongst themselves. Hey. Overpaid Starbucks for employees. Get to work and up your customer service. Restroom Didn’t look as if anyone had cleaned it since prior week.

Just ordered my late through the drive through. Took a drink and it’s filled with chemicals or some type my of cleaning agent. I called to speak to the manager and the young man who answered the phone was extremely rude and put me on hold for 10 minutes, the call ended up disconnecting. My order total was $27.21, I’m now on the phone with corporate and going to be saving this for the NM Department of Health. I feel extremely nauseous, terrible headache. The district manager needs to do something about this store.

Got out early this morning to get the free holiday cup on launch day. After receiving my order they I asked them if they had any they told me they do but they have to use the rest of the standard cups before they use the holiday ones. I was disappointed as that was the whole reason I went for. I don’t know why it mattered what cups they use. I don’t think it’s fair for the customers. Don’t recommend this location on holiday cup launch day

I've been coming here maybe once or twice a week now as a refresher-spot for when I need to study after work. The environment is always nice and quiet and it seems like a locations where lots of other patrons are doing the same thing, so they're pretty respectful. I can't say the tables are always clean; usually even on a slow & quiet visit I still have to wipe off a table. No biggie I guess, but would be nice to not have to do that. The drive-thru is always busy and its still kinda slow-goings. It's understandable to wait when the line is busy, but it should constantly be moving. This one seems to have a lot of stopped cars. On a very plus side the drinks are pretty consistent, delicious and the staff is friendly, easy going and helpful. REVISED UPDATE: They did not give us the Happy Hour Discount. This is actually a frequent thing; they take a "free drink" from the Rewards on the App instead of using their promotion for Happy Hour. It's very frustrating.

Khloe was amazing help I had a 100 bill they didn't have change for and she help with many options i can do so didn't leave empty handed , 30 mins b4 I went to Ladera and unser location and they didn't care to help me just refused my $ and get out of the drive way kinda way! So thank you Khloe we need more ppl in this world like you! HAPPY HOLIDAYS

The service here was not very good. I went in for happy hour and ordered 2 drinks that fit into the criteria and the barista used my star rewards instead of the happy hour special. As I was leaving I heard another customer complaining that her rewards were used instead of the happy hour bring applied to her bonus, too. The trash cans were all overflowing with trash. The bathrooms were relatively clean and the chairs, tables and floors were clean.

Get there in the morning to see the lobby closed cause they are short staffed so I had to leave my purchased coffee and breakfast behind sorry to the barista who made it cause I didn't have time to wait in the 20 car line. Starbucks made 20 billion last year but they can't pay high enough wages to keep people around. Seems to be a trend. Perhaps pay people more?
