Have been coming year since they opened and I honestly have to give some props to the fantastic people who work here Lucy and kaimilani always go out of their way to make it hospitable and pleasing to order a coffee . Certainly my fav Starbucks to get a refreshment , There many others which I wish I knew their names like the girl that always bring me the coffee to my table cuz she sees my nose buried deep in my work or my phone , all around very pleasing Mahalo to Y’all !
Well this is inconvenient. You can't order unless you get their app! There's a Honolulu Coffee Co across the street at 1001 Bishop. It's cleaner, cheaper, quieter, and has better coffee. No app required.
I don’t know if this is the same Google location for the new Starbucks in the Central Pacific Bank building, but I wandered around to my pleasant surprise the new location from being next to subway What a nice new spot! I had Lucy help me and she rocked! So cool and helpful. She was a ray of sunshine and I’m glad I was able to find this new location in this nice new building. I work next door at Bishop square so I’ll definitely be back! :
This store has the best customer service of any of the downtown stores. The employees seem happy to be there and doing business. They are helpful and friendly. I have never had a drink made incorrectly. I often walk past other starbucks to go to this store.
Libby, the person who took my order, was attentive, sharp, quick, kind, and made a great personal connection. She is a great person to see when you’re still waking up. The other staff was quick and professional.
The Starbucks Pickup idea is a really great feature and I see it being the future. It has it's own flaws, but it works for the majority so it's still good.
So friendy all the STARBUCKS employee and very fast. Every where in hawaii is awesome
i am glad they were able to give me the complimentary blueberry scones because it was double day yesterday and they were out of the item
Not noticeable as the ones on Bishop, but still busy during office hours. No restroom or power outlets... Nice chilly AC for a breather from high heat outside...
The baristas are always friendly and do their best to provide the best service possible! They're very knowledgeable about their products so don't hesitate to ask for recommendations.
