Starbucks

This Starbucks is located inside the Safeway grocery store. Good quality of customer service, with a quick service. Good quality of food. I highly recommend it. My server was Jonathan.

This Starbucks can often get a long line that moves VERY SLOWLY because this Starbucks inside Safeway is often understaffed. Usually, we see just one employee taking orders and then making drinks before getting to the next customer. Do not come here unless you really can't get to another Starbucks :/ Staff is friendly but overworked.

6/18 about 10:30am, bad attitude and unfriendly workers. This is not the first time I got the same type of service here. This is by far the most unfriendly workers I’ve experienced at any Starbucks I’ve been to Including the mainland. I’ll avoid buying my Starbucks from this store. I don’t mind going out of my way to drive a little farther down the street if it means all around better service.

Terrible service, 05/10/20 @ 3:20 pm. Walked in Safeway to get some chips and saw some baristas working. During this epidemic, I always ask any business if they're open. Barista was about mid-twenties, I asked are you open. He didn't acknowledge me, gave me a smirk and kept talking to his buddy beyond the counter. They were about 5 employees and no customers and really didn't want to work. Guess Hangover Mondays. Don't know if they just wanted to collect a paycheck and not improving Starbucks business. As an owner, it was just unacceptable, bad business. I have about $6.00 on my Starbucks gold and have Starbucks products at home. This will be the last time and purchases of Starbucks. Bring back mom and pop coffee houses in Honolulu, HI, and they're better coffee shops than Starbucks. 900 Kapahulu Ave. Don't give your money there, they don't care.

One of the employee named Aimee gave me bad service. I was trying to figure out what to drink and I was asking her what was the one with chocolate chips and she just snared at me. And so I ordered a java chip frapp and a cream cheese Danish. When I got my pastry it was cold. She didn't even offered to me if I wanted my pastry warmed up. She just gave it to me as it is. I don't know what is her problem but I would like an apology.

I am a lover of Starbucks coffee and I must confess that the coffee was delicious and I pay attention to it. great guys I congratulate you

after a tummy full of delicious Da Ahi Poke next door I needed some Starbucks Ice Coffee to keep me conscious. Yeah, i cheated. got a three-pack of those evil chocolate-covered madelines, too. Starbucks is in Safeway and very ready to take all your money.

Ordered a Cloud Macchiato. It was ready in a minute and it tasted exactly like that. No cloud fluffy taste at all. Just milk with the caramel sugery syrop..

Extremely RUDE employees, if you don’t like tourist then go work elsewhere. There’s no need to work here with that type of attitude.
