Starbucks

This location is very inconsistent and get my order wrong most times. Asked for a triple shot over ice with cold foam and get 1 shot of espresso with half a cup of cold foam. I noticed it right away too. If they would just get the order right it would save them time at having to remake it. I let it go this time and didn’t say anything but if you want to spend over $5 for a drink they can’t make right then this is the place for you.

Drive-through worker touches the top of the lid work your mouth goes. My facial expression must’ve gave it away that I was getting ready to ask for a new lid in a bag due to her axing is there something else she can help me with. As I get ready to tell her yes I want a new lid in a bag and not to touch the mouth part she immediately turns her head to look at her screen scratches the inside of her nostril and then scratches her head. I then said never mind no thank you and I pulled off and went into the store immediately. I ask for a manager I explain to them what happened the manager had the other worker remake my drink. I am a little concerned because I told the manager it was a lady with the gray cap on her head and told her to look at the camara thinking she would go over to her immediately to tell her to sanitize down the cash registers and the other items she’s touching in the drive-through but the manager didn’t. She just continued working and making drinks! It was very disgusting!

I particularly love this location because how friendly and respectful the staff is. I used to go to Starbucks all around the town, but I have never seen more courteous Starbucks crew anywhere. They will make sure to get your order right and treat you humanly. I highly recommend this location! Thanks for all your hard work.

Love the look of the place, I love the trees they have next to the drive thru as you drive around the building. They’re always quick to get my drinks made. I’ve never had any issues with them and they are always friendly! The only con I would say about the place is the parking or where it sits. It’s on a very busy intersection and when you’re trying to get into the lot there’s sometimes a line and you’ll have to drive around them to park if you want or sometimes the line goes to the edge of the driveway. As I said before it’s a very small lot so it can’t be helped. But other than that I really like this Starbucks.

My favorite location in town! All the employees I encountered here are very professional. I spoke to Jael while my order was being prepared. She was friendly, and she have a good sense of humor. My food was made fast, and fresh. I will be back because of the service.

Would not let me redeem my birthday drink when I was having issues with my app

Fast and friendly service every time. It's my go to gift option for friends. I stop in more for friends than I do myself and often pay for the person behind me. I think everyone should enjoy a Starbucks treat or two. Love the App, it's easy to navigate and find what you need. Earning 's is easy and rewards are great! Everyone wants you to have their app these days, but Starbucks is worth the download.

Seems like every time I come to this location it's a toss up for what they're going to do wrong. Go to a different location.
