All staff is so welcoming and kind. They tend to your needs and are very friendly. Also to note, they're hard working and will make your drink with care. Jalen is so nice and has amazing customer service! Deserves a raise ; Thank you Jalen! This location won't disappoint.
Waited for 40 minutes for a mobile order. Many other people were waiting and just left. They had just two people doing the bar. When I asked about my order, the barista just waved me off. When they did finally have my order, it was the wrong size a tall instead of a grande. I understand being busy, but then maybe have more people making drinks?
Really cool Starbucks place to a little study session.
The baristas are amazing. I'm always greeted by name. They remember my favorite drinks and how I like them. This Starbucks is definitely ONE-OF-A-KIND.
Beautifully remodeled. New look, leather seating, coriander counters all brighten the place and make it a nice venue for students and professionals alike.
The folks who work here are great with my order everytime and do great to keep up with the student rushesFood: 5/5
This location has lost my business. And my may very well be done with Starbucks all together. I placed a mobile order. When I arrived I asked for a Vente Water as I ordered a Vente Coffee and a Breakfast Sandwich. The Barista entered water info and then was told they could not provide a Vente only a Grande water. I respected that and went to work and discovered my Breakfast Sandwich was burnt on the bottom. I called the location and was asked by Eric "basically WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO" continously. I offered suggestions such as added my name to a list so that it could be replaced. Eric continued with the same response. Unacceptable for the price paid.
My favorite after work spot but everyone else's apparently too lol their always out of something... But great customer service!!!
On a fair, cloudy day day in early October, my lover and I entered the doors of this Starbucks Coffee establishment. We travel often and visit many coffee houses in our free time, and we were eager to try the nectar of this cafe. The menu options were aplenty, and the staff was kind although they did butcher my lover's name to hell and back and the seasonal lattes were bringing a sparkle to my eye, so I ordered a tall iced salted caramel mocha with coconut milk to bring the color to my checks and the warmth to my heart. We then turned around to take stock of the place, young people working hard and studiously on their computers, businesspeople chatting and wheeling deals, homeless men peddling for change and bringing everyone's convictions to the surface. Overall, a nice place and ambiance. Our drinks came swiftly they managed to pronounce my lover's name through the botched spelling and I put my lips to the straw of the sacred life-giving mocha coffee drink. God, it was horrid. The complete butchery of something that held potential to fulfill a fall day fantasy. So much syrup it made my head hurt, made my tongue wish for the first time in its life that it was unable to taste. The grains of salted caramel were undissolved and brought a terrible texture like sand through the straw. In no way did it taste like coconut milk, and it seemed like they forgot to add coffee. The drink was so chocolatey it was a dark brown color. It was like drinking melted ice cream through a small sieve. It was like all my hopes and dreams being crushed with mere mediocrity. What a metaphor for our American dream and culture, the media has us believing our salted caramel lattes will fulfill us, but alas, they fail and hurt us. This has left me self-reflecting that all fulfillment, all purpose and value, is up to us, and no one else. We must become fulfilled and love ourselves so that when a completely disgusting latte finds its way into our lives, we cannot be crushed by it. In the end, I would recommend this Starbucks Coffee cafe to a friend.
8$ for a coffee and its made half full for the second time in a week.
