Very slow on making drinks even when ordering ahead and you still gotta wait. There’s like 4-5 people working too so not sure what’s going on.

I love the staff here however this building is NOT wheelchair accessible. There is one spot permit for Disability parking that people will park in and throw their hazards on. There is not enough space to unload a wheelchair safely despite the parking space for Disability access. The ramp is no different than your average curb bump and there is a sharp turn when you get onto their entrance slab. There is no wheelchair button on either door of the entrance and both are heavy and unsafe/difficult to open alone in a wheelchair. There is not enough space to maneuver inside with a chair or appropriate seating for anyone in a wheelchair inside. You can sort of sit comfortably in a chair outside with the understanding you will be in everyone's way. Disappointing from such a large company with more than enough resources to go above and beyond with accommodation.

I asked about a recommendation for a coming out drink and was answer in a very nice way.

Love their unique latte flavors, excellent coffee, food and ambience.

Would be nice to get a refund on a drink that I ordered and them just giving me espresso with oat milk. Just go to stone creek down the road, they will at least ask you after ordering if they’re out of things or if they are unable to do the drink anymore.

Mobile order was ready when I arrived and made exactly as requested. Friendly staff. No drive-thru and limited parking here, so I was grateful a spot was available.

Hot chai latte and salted caramel cold brew both tasted bland, lacking the chai syrup and cold cream. My cold brew was actually a light brown color, not the standard dark coffee color.Dine in: NoOutdoor seating: No

Really busy coffeehouse. Excellent customer attention by super friendly staff members. Nice selection of related merchandise. Could use a more visible price list for these items to enhance purchase. Seating is limited so plan to get coffee to go.

Staff is friendly and drinks are made quickly, but this location tends to be inconsistent for me. Today my creme frappuccino tasted more like ice than anything else even having added extra flavoring. My husband's creme frappuccino tasted delicious.
