Did the pre order and it was ready when it said it would be, the staff is exceptional they assisted and went above and beyond. My go to Starbucks from now on

#LetsGuideArtists #LetsGuide campaign. This Starbucks has always been giving me sub-par classic chai's untill today! The barista was a good listener and did his bit to make a change with my chai today and I'm glad to say, they went up two points immediately. Their snack bar shows some good sense of humor and artwork, and why not? It's a coffee shop that has just amped up it's humor and added better barista for their customer service.

Bright, spacious and very clean coffee location with very nice outdoor rare! seating perfect for the current public health state. Associates were attentive and fast with service; however, I was taken aback by a male barista inexplicably checking the rest room after I use it before walking the beat around the store as if to take sure one of the Silicon Valley brown tech engineers didn't steal anything. When I curiously inquired about the odd, brash behaviors, the crew manager grimaced and explained that it's standard for crew members to make the round when starting a shift. The lack of indiscretion in customer service is really disappointing, turning what would have been one of the best locations in the Bay Area into meh. "Control, you must learn control!" said Yoda. I wouldn't return, but had to add an extra star because the store did play Bob Marley's greatest hits while I was there;

This is my regular coffee stop. The staff makes effort to get to know you and your order. They get my drink right most of the time but once in awhile they'll mess up but it's OK. We're only human lol.

Ordered a simple tea and that took 10 min. It's basically a tea bag in hot water. when I went in and asked how long would it take? A tall curly hair blonde guy at the counter asked if I have a problem..and then asks "if I ever worked at Starbucks?" I was baffled by this question. This was my go to spot as it's near to my home but looks like the customer service is just going downhill. Rudeness needs to be addressed.

My large lemonade contain a lot of Icemore half sizes my glass. I could not put the tube in the glass. And manager said me it's normal part of ice. I think it's wrong.

I have been going to this Starbucks for 5 years. It is in a convenient location. The store itself is an attractive space with lots of room. Food and drink offerings are standard Starbucks - top quality for those who like their menu. Clean convenient rest room.

They made my drink to what they wanted today... The guy recited it back to Me correct but I received the order on leaving noticing the label reading incorrect indicating the drink was not to My paid order under my name?!? Wow. It was actually a cold brew and not what I ordered in store...
